Returns

There are occasions when you may wish to return an item. We keep this process simple.

IN ALL CASES PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND POSTCODE AVAILABLE.

Unwanted goods, or items ordered in error: To inform us of unwanted items please email admin@filtamagic.com

We want you to be delighted with our product(s) and service, but if you change your mind or have ordered the wrong item(s) by mistake and wish to return the goods you should email admin@filtamagic.com to obtain an authorisation number which you must then display on the outer packaging of the returned item(s).
Upon receipt we will quality check the item(s) to ensure you have returned them in good order. Upon validation we will refund the money paid for the item(s). Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item(s) using the same form of payment as used to make the original transaction.

In the unlikely event of a problem with the returned item(s) or making a refund to you, we will contact you.

Faulty Goods.

We will respond to your individual circumstances. If there is a quality or technical fault within 12 months of delivery excluding normal fair wear and tear or any form of misuse or abuse, we will normally offer a replacement.We will always offer you the choice of replacement or full refund in the event the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery.

You should email admin@filtamagic.com to obtain an authorisation number which you must then display on the outer packaging of the returned faulty item(s). Upon receipt we will quality check the item(s) to assess the fault. Upon validation we will then send out FOC replacement(s) or refund the money paid for the item(s) according to your choice. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item(s) using the same form of payment as used to make the original transaction.

Items received damaged.

We take every measure to ensure all goods shipped are delivered in good condition. However in the event that you receive any item(s) damaged in transit please email admin@filtamagic.com within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for replacement item(s) to be sent to you within 2 days.

Wrong item(s) received v item(s) ordered, or wrong quantity supplied.

We make every effort to ensure you receive the item(s) you ordered. If this is not the case, please email admin@filtamagic.com to advise any discrepancies with your order and replacement product will be sent FOC within 2 days.
